HIDDEN GEM!! This place is so amazing! Stopped in for a quick lunch and the food is absolutely top notch! I don’t have very many “favorite spots” but this now one of them!
I ordered take out for my mom and I. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the food. It was beyonddelicious. It was better than any of those big Mexican restaurant chains . I had authentic salsa and authentic sauces . I ordered the birria meat wow so good ! I’m serious I never tasted such flavor. I also ordered the chicken fajita quesidia and that also had a flavor that can’t be described bc it was so good . The chips were home made and crunchy much to my liking with the salsa. I’ll be back again soon.
Everyone enjoyed their dinners. Not too expensive. I really, really liked the carnitas street tacos I ordered. Waitress was courteous and attentive without being overbearing. Minor quibble: music was a little loud.
Was in the area was hungry and randomly picked this place from online suggestions. So glad we went here. I feel like we discovered a hidden gem. The food was excellent and they happily accommodated my custom burrito order which was delicious btw. All the food we ordered was great and was on our table quick. The staff were friendly and our server was awesome and took care of our many requests. We’ll definitely take the drive from Grand Prairie to Grapevine often just to eat here.
Went to Los Amigos (down the street from Great Wolf Lodge) for dinner with my wife, our toddler, and our baby. Food was amazing, generous portions, and authentic Tex-Mex taste. Service was fantastic - waitress was friendly to our baby and super responsive without being a bother. They don't have a liquor license, so you can get a free margarita or beer with any meal purchase - and the frozen margarita was awesome! If you're looking for great Tex-Mex at a very far price, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend, would visit again for sure!
Authentic Mexican food! Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast barbacoa plate but we also got the huevos a la Mexicana (Mexican scramble with jalapenos, tomatoes and onion) and the huevos revueltos con papas y tocino (eggs with potato and bacon) and everything was served with refried beans and tortillas.
This place is great. My boyfriend and I came with one of our friends for a meal after training. The food and service were both incredible. The server was very attentive, and the place definitely feels like a small, family-owned business. We will certainly be back.
This restaurant has become one of our favorites. It's very unassuming and an older style, but the food is hot, fresh and flavorful, the staff is always nice and friendly, and they are trying to upgrade the decor. Always good eats.
